Please check your order when you receive it to make sure it's correct, and examine all the balloons to make sure they are not defective. We double check your order and balloons before we send them out but on rare occasions we have missed one. Defective balloons must not be inflated, and popped balloons will NOT be accepted. A balloon that will not hold air or helium, has a hole or tear will be the ONLY issue that can be claimed as defective. Nordic Looners must approve all returns in advance. If you would like to return any of our products, please send an email to within 2 days of the receipt of your order and include your order number and an explanation of why you would like to return the product. A store credit is subject to evaluation of the returned item. Store credits can only be used towards future purchases with NBI Denmark. Returns will be accepted up to 14 days from the shipment date. Furthermore, all sales processed under the Nordic Looners brand are subject to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, which among other right gives the consumer a 14-day return period If goods are returned in the same condition as bought. Those conditions are described here:
1. Undamaged merchandise must be returned in the original sealed package.
2. Partial bags will not be eligible for credit.
3. Only the cost of the balloon (less any discounts received) will be credited. Shipping charges are non refundable. Shipping charges to return or replace the item will also not be credited.
4. A store credit will be issued upon our inspection of the returned items.
Damaged or Defective Balloons upon arrival
1. If you have received defective product that you would like to return we must be notified by email within 2 days of the receipt of your order.
2. If the balloons do not hold air or helium, have holes or tears, ONLY these issues can be claimed as defective product.
3. All defective balloons being returned must be intact or unused. Inflated or popped balloons will not be eligable for credit.
4. Only the cost of the balloon (less any discounts received) will be credited. Shipping charges are non refundable. Shipping charges to return or replace the item will also not be credited.
5. A store credit will be issued upon our inspetion of the returned item. The item must be returned to us so we can send it back to the manufacturer for a potential refund.

All shortages and order discrepancies must be reported by email within 2 business days from the date of delivery.
Nordic Looners Loyalty Program - LOOP Points
LOOP Points are issued to registered user after a completed purchase among other activities the user may complete on the website. These activities are subject to change, so are the amount of LOOP points to earn per activity. The LOOP Points, and how to earn them are described elsewhere on the site.
LOOP Points can not be exchanged into cash, nor can they be transferred to another user on the site, and can only be used for purchase of products for sale at nordiclooners.com. Products bought before any account registration, will not receive LOOP points for historical purchases the customer have completed but without registering an account.
Abuse of any campaigns, including but not limited to account registration bonuses and newsletter signup bonuses, will get their IP banned from the site, and their LOOP points deducted from their accounts.
The customer will not eligible for LOOP points for a specific order where LOOP points have been applied.
Your LOOP Point balance can always be seen on your account page, and if there is anything about your account statement that does not make sense, we will encourage you to contact us as soon as possible.
Expiration of LOOP points
All LOOP points expires after 1 year (365 days) after they have been issued. Nordic Looners can and will not re-issue unused LOOP points after expiration.
All customer with LOOP points issued prior to December 10th 2017 will expire December 10th 2018.
Discount and campaigns
Any campaigns or discount offers can not be combined with other discounts, and will normally not give you the right to collect LOOP Points on the order. Bulk discount gives you LOOP Points.
Agreement of purchase
The order you submit is final concluded when you recieve a shipment confirmation of the order. If something is missing or there is something wrong with your order we will contact you.
All payments are withdrawn as Danish kroner (DKK) through the available payment processors. At Nordic Looners you can pay with PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express,
All orders will be shipped via either Post Danmark, GLS or DHL at least two times a week (normally every wednesday and friday). If something is wrong with your order, we will notify you immediately to work out a solution.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Neither NBI Denmark, nor NBI AS Norge will be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages that occur during shipping. If you would like a insurance, please request these services at the time of order placement. There will be an additional fee for these services. All orders can be tracked via a tracking number.
All claims for packages scanned as delivered and not received should be claimed with the shipping company. Refunds or replacements will not be issued from us for lost or stolen packages. If theft is a problem, please request insurance on your package at the time of order placement.
The entire content included in this site, including but not limited to text, graphics or code is copyrighted as a collective work under the European and other copyright laws, and is the property of NBI Denmark, and NBI AS Norge. Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with Nordic Looners or purchasing Nordic Looners products. You may display and, subject to any expressly stated restrictions or limitations relating to specific material, download or print portions of the material from the different areas of the site solely for your own non-commercial use, or to place an order with Nordic Looners or to purchase Nordic Looners products. Limitation of Liability

In the event that a Nordic Looners product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, NBI Denmark or NBI AS Norge reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. NBI Denmark or NBI AS Norge reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Nordic Looners shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by NBI Denmark or NBI AS Norge without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
